Summer Teen Bootcamp

Keep your kids moving this summer by enrolling them into our Summer Teen Bootcamp. We will incorporate the three elements of fitness by building Strength with bodyweight exercises, improving Endurance with various running drills & Burpees 🙂 and increase flexibility with a combination of static and dynamic stretching before and after the session.
