Personal Training Includes –

An in depth questionnaire that will help your personal trainer to discover exactly how to tailor your workout program. The questions asked will include details about your physical goals, emotional goals and social health goals. This information will allow your personal trainer to fully understand your reason for training and how to truly motivate you.
Information is the fuel for goals. Each workout will not only be a time for your personal trainer to squeeze as many calories out of you as possible, but while you’re conscious mind is busy exercising, your personal trainer will have limited access to your unconscious mind, which can be taken advantage of to teach you everything you need to know to improve your health and life.
Your diet is key! A nutritional analysis is a diary filled with information about what you would eat in a ‘regular’ week. What you put in to your body will determine your results and therefore our reputation. Failure is not an option! Nutritional diaries also help you to understand what you put in your body and what your mind is happy to fool you with. You’d be surprised! Most people are.
You will meet with a personal trainer 2/3 times a week to participate in your ever evolving workout program. Your workouts will be based around the information gathered in your consultation. Workouts won’t be horrible and too difficult, instead you will enjoy them form the comfort of an air conditioned Fishhawk Clubhouse gym or your own home.
